Getting started

Create an account

Sign up for free with your email or Google account. No credit card required.

Create your first form

From the dashboard, click "New form". Choose a template, use AI generation, or start from scratch with the visual builder.

Add and configure fields

Drag fields into your form: text inputs, email, textarea, select, checkboxes, radio buttons, file uploads, and more. Set labels, placeholders, and validation rules.

Preview and publish

Use the live preview to see your form as users will. When you're happy, save and grab your embed code or share link.

Embed on your site

Copy the embed snippet and paste it into your website's HTML. It works with any platform — React, WordPress, Webflow, or plain HTML.

Collect and manage submissions

Submissions appear in your dashboard instantly. View details, mark as read, search, and filter across all your forms.

Embedding your form

After saving your form, go to the Embed tab in the builder. You'll find a code snippet that looks like this:

Paste this anywhere in your HTML where you want the form to appear. The script is lightweight and loads asynchronously — it won't slow down your page.

Tip: You can also share a direct link to your form. Find it in the same Embed tab — great for email campaigns or social media.

Frequently asked questions

Is JustSomeForms really free?
Yes! The free plan includes up to 5 forms and 100 submissions per month. No credit card required, no time limits.

Do I need to write any code?
Not at all. The visual builder and AI generation handle everything. To embed a form on your site, you just paste a single line of HTML.

What field types are supported?
Text input, email, textarea, select (dropdown), checkboxes, radio buttons, number, date, file upload, and hidden fields. More are coming soon.

Can I customize the look of my form?
Yes. You can set the form title, description, button text, colors, and success/redirect behavior. Full theme customization is on our roadmap.

Where are submissions stored?
All submissions are stored securely in Google Cloud (Firebase/Firestore). Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.

Can I use my own domain?
Pro and Enterprise plans support custom domains for your form endpoints and embed scripts.

How does team collaboration work?
You can invite team members by email and assign roles (owner, admin, member). Everyone shares the same forms, submissions, and projects within an organization.

What happens when I hit my submission limit?
On the free plan, you'll get a friendly notice when approaching 100 submissions. Submissions are never lost — you can upgrade to increase your limit anytime.

Can I export my submissions?
Yes. You can view and copy submission data from the dashboard. CSV and JSON export is coming soon.
