JustSomeForms is a form backend and submission management platform. We provide tools for creating forms, collecting submissions, integrating with third-party services (such as Facebook Lead Ads), and managing form data through a web dashboard.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Collect data in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Send spam, phishing, or unsolicited communications
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Collect sensitive personal data (e.g., health, financial, or government ID information) without appropriate safeguards

5. Form Submissions and Data

7. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Payment processing is handled by Stripe.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by JustSomeForms. You retain ownership of all data you submit through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JustSomeForms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
